The routines in this program have been designed to make you use your own body weight to maximum effect. There is no need to purchase extra equipment before you start an Insanity session. You will find yourself doing interval training with a difference. You are instructed to do interval training insanity workout at an intensity you have not done before, and then you have a short recuperation period.
